4) ELIMINATE LIQUID CALORIES :                                                                                                      It is possible to consume 100's of calories a day by drinking  sugar, sweetened soda, tea, juice and alcohol. these are known as (empty calories) because they provide extra energy content without offering any Nutritional benefits. Unless a person is consuming a smoothie to replace a meal, they should aim to stick to water or unsweetened tea and coffee. adding a splash of fresh lemon or orange to water can provide flavor.                                                                  Avoid mistaking dehydration for hunger. An individual can often satisfy feeling of hunger between scheduled meal time with a drink of water.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        5) MEASURING SERVING AND CONTROL PORTION:                                                                     Eating too much of any food even the low calories vegetables can result in weight gain, because  a drop of rain can make an ocean. Therefore, we should avoid estimating a serving size or eating food directly from the packet. It is better to use measuring cups, plates or bowels for serving size guides. Guessing 'THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH'  often leads to overestimation and the likelihood of eating a large -  than - necessary portion (Jumbo Size).         6) EAT MINDFULLY:                                                                                                                              Mindful eating is a type of mindfulness meditation practice that focuses on increasing your awareness during meals. It may help improve symptoms related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders,and stress. And it promote healthy eating  and reduce overeating.
